Every HID in the Harqah ecosystem has a corresponding HRC wallet generated at the moment the HID is created. The wallet is accessed through HARQFIN. Private keys are the user‘s responsibility — the system does not store them. Multi‑signature wallet option available (2‑of‑3).
The HDNSSEC signing keys and critical HRC treasury wallets are secured in tamper‑proof HSMs at geographically separated locations. Keys never leave the modules.
HRC operations are licensed by DFSA (Dubai) for digital asset business, MAS (Singapore) under the Payment Services Act, and plan for FCA (UK) registration. Piloted through regulatory sandboxes where offered.
